New user

I have Asperger’s and severe ptsd and anxiety. Was prescribed 2 mg. So far it’s been helping. I still have some dark thoughts though not near as bad as they were before I took the medicine. Will they complete go away? Also it’s been two weeks and I haven’t experienced weight gain will I start? Also will it help my visual snow go away eventually? Thanks
