Why accepting Turkish food as Turkish food is hard for neighbours?
Ok Turks bad opressive etc but why food shouldn't be Turkish?
It is so interesting to see people claim foods with basic noun forms of Turkish verbs such as Dolma,Sarma,Pastırma.
For example dolma, we use this for anything you fill your own, like "dolma kalem" =fountain pen.
Another example dialog. A: Where did you buy this 12ga shotgun shells.
B: Those are dolma shells.
Even the person never heard the term "dolma shells" they can understand that those are hand filled shells if they know Turkish.
Muzzle loading rifle=ağızdan DOLMA tüfek=mouth stuffed rifle.
Breech loading cannon= Kuyruktan DOLMA top= tail stuffed cannon
So naming something dolma or sarma or pastırma ... deffinetelly done by Turkish with the most basic way possible.
I am seeing people trying so hard to find another source to those names. Why they do it? Is it because Turks so bad so they dont cook and only eat innocent babies alive?
