Looking for Recommendations for Neighbourhoods

I am moving to Finland for my PhD program to Helsinki/Espoo and I am looking for a good neighbourhood for long term stay. For context, I am a 30M,dude with chances to live with my partner (M). I am mostlt indoorsy person with casual walks and spend time working. I have a couple of health issues and would want a place near a hospital. Which could be a good neighbourhood to look into, considering I would prefer a bit far from the city centre. PS: Coming from Paris and lived away from city centre and liked it always. PPS: I might want to start working in industry so the travel for that has to be a factor too.
