I130 approved but I485 still sending RFE for polio vaccine

Today I received a RFE asking for polio vaccine, they later at night my I130 approved. Has anyone experienced this? Is this uncommon or maybe just me? Lol, anyways I still have to submit my RFE soon. On the other hand, I’m still happy as I am seeing positive result by approving my I130 application.
