Don’t see any progress
I’m a 24 year old male, 186lbs 5ft 11in and want to loose my fat then build muscle once it’s gone. Currently I’m working out doing weights and hitting all areas of my muscles followed by a incline walking from anywhere from 30-60 mins. My maintenance calories online all say from 2600-2800 per day and I’ve put myself in a big deficit to loose the weight but don’t see any progress. I’m eating a total about 1000 cals a day and burning anywhere from 600-1000 a day. I’m taking this very serious as I need to do this for myself. It’s been about 6 weeks since I started and about 4 since I really buckled down my meals. I know it might be to soon but I was thinking to see a tiny bit of progress by now, a few people have said they notice it in my face but I think their just saying that to make me feel good. Wondering if it’s maybe just in my head or when will I start to see progress? Any help is appreciated
