Winter indoor solo practicing

Does anyone use these Solo trainers, I just want to hit some balls daily in my garage now that winter is On and avoid complete hibernation from Tennis.

Are these worth it or does anyone have suggestions for me to simply continue hitting few balls inside the garage.
