People feel energized after a workout?

No matter how healthy or good I eat I always end up really lightheaded and out of balance & stumbling after I slope walk. It’s not like I’m out of shape I’ve been doing this everyday for around 40 days now, I’ve never had that “after workout energy” people talk about. I guess I get like an energy boost that makes it bearable to walk a bit longer around the 20 minute mark but it ends as soon as I hit my required 30 minutes/day, and then I instantly sit down/hit the bed.

Is this anyone else? I guess it might be because I’m anemic/low glucose. A snack after doesn’t do much either.
