I’m not trying to be a weeny but….
I’m struggling. It seems like i HAVE to have crunchy salty and that is my biggest spot where I screw up. I need carb free salty crunchy where it feels like I’m eating snacky stuff.
I’m so weak when it comes to salty crunchy chippy crackery crap.
I can make an entire day work and then the crunchy salty demon hits. Help!!!! Thanks :)
Another stressor is what if I cannot find anything close to the correct amount of calories when I input my food? I’m already hungry exhausted 5 kids homeschooling me measuring every damn morsel is making me rather be fat. I’m not kidding. It’s too much. Do I just hope when I google the calories on something it’s correct? I need help when it can’t be found on the my fitness app . Do I guess?
