Is laser hair removal treatment safe(30F) ?

I am planning to get it done. Any feedback? . . .

Edit: Thank you, guys, for all your suggestions. I did go through the LHR treatment, and I am shocked with the results.. I have very thin and less hair. I was unnecessarily worried, it seemed. I'm definitely going for a full body now..
