Irritation- Retin A

53 going on 54. What can I use OTC to help combat surface irregularities, ie) have tiny bumps, acne scars and tiny dark spots all over my face. Currently using Retin-A .05 and drink tonnes of water.Don’t mind my neck/chest, that will be another topic. Currently do a double cleanse using Inkey List’s Oatmeal cleanser and Innisfree Cherry Blossom face wash daily and nightly, as well as Farmacy’s 10% vitamin C (Im not loving it tbh, greasy texture). I am looking for CDN recommendations please if possible. I use the Indeed ceramide moisturizer or the Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factor. Not keen on either of them tbh. budget-wise they are good but they aren’t the greatest, so I’m open to recs. Willing to bump up on skin care. The foundation is CD and it’s a full coverage bc my skin is now spotty with some broken capillaries on my cheeks.
