Alternatives to 6music (daytime/morning)

Mary Anne Hobbs was my favourite. Can't handle Lauren and even less so Nick Grimshaw. Are there any recommendations what to try as an alternative such as internet radio stations or radio from other countries. There has to be something out there with that mix of cutting edge music and exposure to new stuff.
