are you allowed to write down the questions asked during a cambridge interview?

this sounds like such an idiotic question given how strict they are about not revealing what was said in the interview but i really struggle with verbal instruction and often forget instructions as soon as they’re said so always prefer having it written down. i’m worried that in the interview because i don’t have it written down i’ll forget what question was asked and my answer will run away from me because i didn’t entirely remember the question.

if i jot down what the question was will i get accused of some sort of ‘malpractice’? if i even ask at the beginning if it’s okay to do this will it jeopardise my interview?? i don’t have a formal diagnosis of adhd so i can’t claim access requirements either but i am genuinely really worried that i will mess up my interview just because i couldn’t keep up with the questions they asked me
