Simply 7OH Shipping?

Can anyone tell me the quality/speed of simply 7OH shipping? I placed an order with them early this morning and they made the label this afternoon but that’s as far as it got. It never got taken to the post office or anything. I was kind of hoping since I placed it so early that they’d get it out the same day too. No biggie though, just wondering if anyone can tell me their experiences with them? Thanks!
