Do Ghillie Suits do anything in Antistasi Ultimate?

So after 3 should of torment I finally reacher the Arms Dealer in our Antistasi Ultiamte save, and saw Ghillie Suits and we happend to have 2 people who wanted to be Spiners, so do they actually do anything in Antistasi Ultiamte? Or are they just puerly cosmetic?
