Stuck at 4 Stars (Traffic Hazard)

Rohan has lost its 5-star streak and has been stuck at 4 stars for weeks now. I’ve tried removing my rocky cliff area and cleared out my forest. I’ve also moved my port/market so it’s a little farther from the gates and main town area.

I included my DA on the photos and would love some feedback on which area has become a traffic hazard. I’m losing my mind 🥴🥴🥴
