11 days post op

I am now 11 days post quad graft acl and vertical meniscus op and have started to feel pretty good all things considered. Pt is going well doing full rotations on bike, 116 flexion and -6 extension. I have been cleared to start walking around the house without crutches. I know people will say don’t rush and I am not doing anything more than what my pt and surgeon clear me for, but does anyone have and tips on how to gain confidence in your hurt leg to be able to do these exercises. For example I am practicing switching my weight from my good leg to my bad leg just like standing on one leg and I get somewhat scared of it buckling on me even though my quad muscles are firing and I am fine to do them. More of a mental trust thing.
