Glitch from Holiday Themed Items

OK!!! These specific items that I believe are from a fortune cookie, keep showing up at these exact same spots in my campsite. I remove them every time I open the app and I have even tried moving them around to different spots to make them a part of the campsite, but they ALWAYS end up over here….. Has anyone else experienced this issue or something similar? Does anyone have any advice?
