I don’t know how to prepare 3 meals a day

I moved out of my parents house last week and I have been struggling with my execution dysfunction ever since. I was obviously already struggling before but now that I have to do everything by myself, it’s a lot more to deal with.

Doing laundry, cleaning my room etc and everything else is okay because it’s not something that I have to do super often. However if you guys have suggestions for that I would appreciate it anyways since everything would make my life easier.

What I find myself struggling with the most is having to prepare 3 meals a day and also having to plan everything and going grocery shopping. It just takes away so much of my energy and functioning oof.

In my parents house I already had to prepare most of my meals, but at least my mom was the one who went shopping and I usually ate things that were mainly prepared. But now that I’m on my own I don’t think I can afford that anymore. Also, every once in a while I’d eat what my mom had cooked.

If I don’t find a way to deal with this I’ll probably end up ordering food all the time and eating only once or twice a day which is not good for me. Does someone have any Tips? Do you also struggle with preparing food?

Edit: thank you so much for all the suggestions! I would like to add that I am vegan.. probably should’ve mentioned it before but now that a lot of people have suggested animal products, I think it would be good to know
