Just got diagnosed with ADHD with Psychiatry UK?

M29. My appointment lasted only 30 minutes and I heard diagnosis at the end.

I can’t say I am shocked because I display every single symptom quite severely. I first started suspecting I have ADHD around 5-6 years ago, but I’ve just been hit by a massive wave of doubt;

-What if I haven’t got ADHD and just want an excuse to be a failure? -What if I overegagarate my symptoms? -How to deal with “ Doesn’t everybody have ADHD? Well I plan to keep my mouth shut and not tell anyone because I hate having ADHD and it ruined my life
