Aita for sending a message saying that i was excited to get a uni offer to my depressed ex bf?

I’m 18 y/o (f) and i have a disability that causes me to have chronic fatigue, chronic pain, limb problems and i use a wheelchair. School has always been hard for me, so when I got my first university offer today i was super excited. My ex bf and i decided to stay friends after our breakup, which was his idea and i wasn’t wholly happy with that but still put effort into it as he seemed to be okay with me afterwards. He has depression and mental health problems and he and i became close as i also had them after being cooped up inside all these years. When i got my offer, i texted him excited about it as friends do as this was a huge thing for me. There was no reply, but I saw he’d posted on twitter so checked. He posted, saying that i never stop texting him and that ‘i woke him from a nap (i wasnt aware i was sleeping) to tell him about getting an offer from uni, saying that talking to a depressed person who was ruined by school and that wont even think about going to uni is wild’. He also starts tiny arguments over nothing. I understand depression and how hard it can be, having going through it myself. Thats why i was so excited about getting an offer. I don’t understand what i did wrong. Please help.
