Various Instant Replay issues with AMD Software Adrenalin

Operating System & Version: Windows 10, version 10.0.19045

GPU Drivers: I never know which one is the correct one but in the main page of AMD Software it says "24.3.1", but in details about the graphics cards' drivers it says "23.40.27.01-240313a-401413C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition"

Chipset Drivers: can't find it in windows device manager so idk

Background Applications: Discord, ICUE, HWiNFO, MSI Afterbuner

Description of Original Problem:
So I got two issues.

First is that sometimes after having hit the Instant Replay hotkeys a bunch of times, AMD Software stops either recognizing it, or stops saving clips. The result is the same anyways: no clip is saved after a certain time.
Example: I Instant Replayed somewhere around 20 clips today, but I hit the keys more than that, they just stopped saving after a certain threshold.

Second issue is on certain games, the whole Instant Replay feature is delayed by at least an hour. In those games (mainly Sea of Thieves) when I hit the IR hotkeys, it saves a clip from a moment at least an hour back, instead of the moment I hit the keys at. So if while playing a game I hit the keys at let's say 5pm, the clip that's saved will be of a random moment that was happening at around 4pm.
