Amuse is going to remove 2 of my older releases due to missing metadata

The email they sent me I'm pretty sure it's an error because when checking against their own checklist of metadata - https://imgur.com/a/vUwZi0x I'm 100% certain I tick all the boxes, (artwork dimensions, audio format etc). Anyone have any ideas? This feels like a bit of a scam to get me to sign up to their subscription tbh. I can't even figure out how to contact them outside of social media either..!
