Predator Sense Problems

I bought the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16(PH16-71) in April of 2024, after a month or two the predator sense software started to give me problems, I wasnt able to change the RGB modes, the Performance Modes,Either I had to re insatall the software everytime or restart the laptop, but now nothing works, what do I do? Is there any good alternative available, cause for changing the RGB, I used to use the OpenRGB software. Now I cant Change the Modes for Performance(Performance/Turbo) it is just stuck on balanced and also the dedicated button for changing the modes doesnt work. Please help me with your solutions.
