How does one broach the subject diplomatically ; haven’t gotten paid yet ; my contract says once per month pay and I know the first pay check is always a ‘live’ check. I’ve been checking my mailbox daily and nothing. Thinking I can take this can of quarters to the bank and use that for grocery shopping. My boss is like Oz from the wizard of oz ; I’m afraid to approach him about this.
