Loan was never processed and disappeared

I made a $2000 purchase back in early February through Affirm. Everything was fine and normal. I got my approval, did the purchase, and the loan was showing as "merchant processing" on my affirm account. The item arrived a week later and everything seemed normal.

However, I never received the final confirmation email or my payment schedule, but in my account, the loan would show me payment dates that kept changing.

After a few weeks of sitting in merchant processing, the loan just disappeared from my account. Checking via the link that I was sent with my original approval when I made the purchase is showing I've made $0 payments and owe $0.

It's going on 2 months and they haven't tried to take a payment and it looks like the loan was never finalized.

Did the merchant fuck up here? Or did affirm? Am I going to get suddenly whacked with a bunch of "late payments"? Or will the loan payment terms start if/when the merchant finalizes the loan? How long do they have to do this until the loan is just not valid anymore?
