After Effects Scanline Preview Glitch

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and knows how to fix it? These strange block like streaks also appear onto compositions when I’m previewing them. My comp previews will split or have glitches on them. It’s not the footage, it seems to just be the display. I already converted my project to Mercury Software Only and turned off any gpu settings in the preferences. Any help would be greatly appreciated
