pulling advice needed!

So... I do realize I do not have any of the BiS units for aglaea but I really like her character design and a speed DPS unit sounds really fun to play.. I was just considering either e1s0 or e0s1, but even after reading a lot of the posts in the thread, I got even more lost than before on what to do.

Any advice would be appreciated!
