Don’t Help Anyone

PSA If you’re in a MDG and want to submit an IG complaint:

I submitted one 6 months ago with no updates other than the occasional “we should definitely hear something back by next week.” Last time I heard this was a month ago; still nothing.

I called IG for a status update since I was told that I would hear something back no later than 60 days. IG stated it was with DHA’s legal team and apparently there’s no suspense for them. After not hearing anything from anyone for months, I decided to call DHA’s legal team and they stated to contact my IG office. When I looped back around with IG, they asked if I had thought about reaching out to DHA directly…

Meanwhile, CC team couldn’t care less. Their people’s mental health is deteriorating and healthcare workers are acting inappropriately, but the bigger danger? The clinic (with no ER) MUST be open on family days! What a fucking joke.
