Anyone in the UK have the hearing aid feature working?

iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 18.1 beta. AirPod Pro’s seem to have the latest firmware too? But still nothing shows up. I’ve tried resetting and I’ve tried it on my M4 iPad Pro too. No luck.
