AirPods rattle noise goes brrr

Okay so I have the rattling issue in both my right and left AirPods Pro. The left one is significantly worse.

Can I turn them in to get new ones that won’t get that problem?

I heard that they found out what the problem was and that you could safely switch them after 30th October 2020. Oh and I also heard that the warranty got extended to 2 years instead of just the regular 1.
