Does Akola need a public library?
I think it does, with good quality encyclopedias, reference books, rpeparation books and ofcourse novels. I think there are libraries but they are either exclusive to a community or they only have one language books. I think a community crowdfunded library (almost 70%) cost would be for the infrastructure or by an NGO would be best rather than donation by someone.
I think somewhere near Ratanlal Plot is a good middle point for the city. A meager membership fee that covers the librarian and electricity fees. Subscription fees if we want magazines or journals. Delivery and pickup can be started if we can keep the libarary running for an year or earlier if the response is good. I dont think computers are needed in this setup.
