Snausages

Back in the '90's, there was a little butcher shop named Guseks in Cohoes. They had the best sweet/hot Italian sausage. Ground very fine, no gristle - seasoned perfectly.

30 years later, I still have to find anything that remotely compares. I've hit local delis in areas of NYC and Boston and brought stuff home in my cooler when I'm carousing around for work.

Any suggestions?
