I've searched everywhere but can find nothing about 930@Broadway

I didn't want to be yet another "I'm moving to Albany soon, where should I live" post but I've been searching high and low for reviews about the apartments 930 @ Broadway, along with info about the area but nothing comes up. I'll be living alone as a single female and moving in from out of state for grad school, so I can't just pop in to see the area. I've been reading all the other posts about where is ideal and where to avoid and my head is spinning please help 😭😭
