Does Allermi actually work? I have occasional nasal congestion before sleep at night.

Seeing this pop out nonstop on my feed and all the comments on the ads on IG say its a miracle, etc... wondering if it actually works or it's all paid shills.

As the title says, I also have occasionl nasal congestion which prevents me from using my CPAP mask and getting sleep. Any tips/help?
