At my first goal weight

Super happy! This morning I weighed in at 60kg, which was my first goal weight. My final goal weight is 55kg.

I have had normal BMI throughout, and people say it's harder to lose weight when you're at a normal weight. With traditional methods I haven't had much success but ADF seems to work like a charm.

I fast Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and eat whatever I want on the rest of the days. My diet isn't the best, I drink ciders and eat burgers during the weekend.

This fasting method works really well for me because I like to keep things flexible and not overly restrict myself. I also hate counting calories. Fasting days don't feel particularly restrictive to me because I don't feel very hungry and I do fun activities on those days. Like aquajogging and fencing.

I used to do OMAD a couple of years ago but I found that harder than ADF. When I do eat I often get cravings a couple of hours later. So eating just one meal a day was difficult for me.

My starting weight was 65 which was at the high end of normal weight btw. I first lost 1 1/2 kilos with more traditional methods like eating smaller portions, and the rest with ADF. I started fasting a little over 3 weeks ago so I've lost about 1 kg a week.
