AIO: My bf forgot our first year anniversary

My boyfriend forgot our first year anniversary and planned to go out with his friends instead during that week, is that bad? When we stared dating I slowly realised that monthly anniversaries doesn’t mean anything to him, and we were always planning to do things on our first year anniversary. Says we’re a serious couple. Is this something I should be worried about?
