Property damage from delivery vehicle

Looking for advice on what to do next.

The other day I came home from work and noticed an amazing package at my door, as well as damage to my retaining wall. Along one side of my driveway is a wooden retaining wall, as my property is on a hill. As the wall goes towards the street it stops about 5 feet off the road, and at about 18" tall. I notice at the corner of the wall there is a large chunk of wood missing, as well as obvious scratches just before the missing chunk of wood.

Long story short, I highly suspect this damage to be from the Amazon delivery. What recourse do I have? I have emailed Amazon but haven't heard back from them.
