Supplement Sellers - New compliance?

Launching my supplement on Amazon in the form of a gummy and it has come to my attention that Amazon has new requirements.

Can anyone tell me what the process is like and whether it’s just dietary supplements like calcium that have to comply or is it anything like even ashwaghanda gummies.
