lately, it feels like the FCs have virtually no vetting other than drug tests
we just hired a guy and he showed up maybe twice in his entire 4 week stint.
no interviewing, no background check, passed the drug test.
turns out the dude got arrested and spent 15 days in jail and never told us, nor did his family.
this is why people can't get jobs, people who actually want to work
