Anal Spasm

Hi, I really need some advices i had anal fissure and external hemorrhoids which are gone getting slight pain in anal fissure while passing stools coz the anal canal is tight than before and my anal canal gets blocked after passing 60-70% stools even if i strain it doesn't get opened again coz it's spasm the muscles are stopping the poop to come out and hurt the anal fissure again due to that my stools are stuck inside and it's really irritating feels like a burden down there whole day and night then after hours the anal canal opens back and pass few stools and again gets blocked doctor suggested me laser treatment i don't have much pain neither bleeding or swelling but still this issue is hurting my life what should i do now? Will the laser treatment fix this permanently? Or should i wait it's been 28 days I'm facing this problem.
