Ithcyness inside the anus POST OP 2 months.

Hi everyone did you encounter this symptoms? It’ been 2 months now that i got the operation. So far everything is good and I’m back to my normal life after a month of operation however sometimes my inside anal area is itchy and sometimes when i put tissue from the very inside theres a red/pink on color in the tissue but its just very small amount. I wonder if it’s hemorrhoids? Its there any one experience this things? I need your help guys
