Which medium format camera should I buy ?

First, sorry for my English.

I use to shoot a lot of analog when I started photography, then with the prices rising up I totally stopped for over a decade now. Now for a specific project I want to go back to analog, more precisely with a medium format. What’s appealing to me (besides the overall quality of a larger film compared to 35mm) is to be able to shoot with a viewfinder that allows me to put the camera at chest level and not at eye level (sorry for the wording).

I don’t have a huge budget for this and I don’t mind manual focus. My prediction lens is 35mm (with a 24*36 film format). Someone adviced me to take a mamiya 645 pro, but I don’t know if I can have a viewfinder that match my needs.
