Confused on Spectrum Results

I went through Spectrum Biobank and got these results back. My last name is Irish or British on my dad’s side(Spelling is technically the British form) and on my mom’s side it’s French. There is neither of those listed in this. Are these results even remotely accurate? We had information through estate stuff that didn’t show up in this at all.

Spectrum also gave me my DNA to like look over but I can’t get it to upload anywhere at all so I’m not even sure how to access this information. It’s a VCF file and even though I’ve gone through various programs and DNA uploading sites it will not work. I’m feeling incredibly frustrated at this point with the whole process.
