Issue with Grouped Notifications

I've noticed a problem with grouped notifications on my Android device. When I receive multiple notifications from an app, they appear as a single group with a number indicating the count. If I accidentally tap the main notification instead of the arrow to expand it, all individual notifications collapse and are lost, making it easy to miss important alerts.
