will i get banned?

will i get banned if i move my items to a new account? my main account has my name and birthdate in it (my dad made it for me many years ago) and i just don't feel comfortable with it, i tried emailing aj and asking if they could change my user but they replied saying they were unable to do it. im just worried if i do my account will get banned.
