Animal Jam Support is useless

I need help,I had an account called Pisikex09 back in like 2019-2020,and I no longer have acces to the email to the account,I contacted AJ about it gave them the email and they said is not the account associated to it,do you guys think someone might have got hold of my account during the data breach...I literally do not know what to do...I also no longer have access to my account BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY LOCK IT EVEN THROUGH I SAID I NO LONGER HAVE ACCES TO THE EMAIL...I AM JUST VERY ANGRY AND ANNOYED I WORKER SO HARD ON THAT ACCOUNT AND IS JUST GONE,ALSO I HAVEN'T PLAYED SINCE 2021 SO THERE IS THAT,I ALSO HAD A BUNCH OF BETAS AND STUFF SO IT HURTS EVEN WORSE,I need help,is there is someone with a similar situation that might give me some advice please ;-;
