What happened to all my items and sapphires?

I just loggen on and my items where not all there anymore. Is there something that could have happened? Also I have 0 sapphires now and had 127 before. Can I mark my items as hidden? Where do I make them back so I can see them? What happend to my sapphires? This never happened before and I dont really understand how they are gone at all. Thank you for your help
