I'm talking about "Komi Can't Communicate" Manga volume 24 and rest...

Vol. 24 released in January 18, 2022 English version was released in April 11, 2023. It's almost been 2 years. I'm new, so I wonder what is the delay between the original book's release and initial download link in the archive in general.
