Ppl who've expirienced low blood sugar attacks, how do you feel after?
These aren't common for me, only have them when i really don't eat enough in a day and they're pretty tame, but I'm wondering how you feel afterwards?
My anxiety focuses on my health a lot, and i knew the signs before i had the attack and managed to get home and eat, and the shakiness and hungry/nauseous feeling did calm down pretty fast, but after that i felt sooo tired.
It's been around an hour now and my brain will not leave me alone ab it😭
How do yall feel after a hypo? Does anxiety make your symptoms last longer/worse?
