Just got this email from landlord
Hi there! I just gave my notice to move out on July 31st and got this email shortly after. I’ve never had an insurance agent have to inspect an apartment this early before moving out. Are they checking for damages or what is this about? We still have a few months to patch up holes on the wall (it’s in the lease that we can put holes as long as we fix them) but we didn’t fix them yet cause we’re still actively living there. Can they charge us for the holes that we will end up patching before move out? TIA!
